Equipment for the Yorkshire Three Peaks

Although physically easier than the National Three Peaks and requiring much less planning, the Yorkshire Three Peaks should not be undertaken without appropriate preparation.

Walking boots are essential for a challenge such as this, to help prevent ankle injuries.

As long as the challenge is attempted at a suitable time of year, daylight is not a problem. It is sensible to take a first aid kit, as a simple blister could ruin a well organised challenge.
