Equipment for the Welsh 3000s

Nutrition is a very important part of the Welsh 3000's, more so than the National Three Peaks Challenge due to the increased length and amount of energy required. There are two sections where it is possible to drop off and pick up additional equipment.

In order to be adequately prepared for the National Three Peaks Challenge, it is recommended that you take the following equipment, or the equivilant.
